Often I wonder why
People will do anything to get by
It seems like they don't even bother to think
They say stuff with out even a blink
Don't care who they hurt
Just leave you face down in the dirt
They just don't want people to peer in
And see where they really been
So they try to hide behind there jokes
Cuz on the onside they just regular folks
One day they'll regret the way they are
But by then it will have gone to far
They wont even know who they are anymore
Did they in the first place?
How does it feel to feel like your a disgrace
Don't get me wrong
Not everyone tries to cause you harm
You just never know who in the end
Will be your best friend
All you can do is hope the one u trust
Wll take your secrets to dust
