I never thought
I'd be alone
again
without the one I
love.....
I never thought I'd
grasp for straws
again
begging for death
from above.....
I never thought I'd
be derailed
once more left
abandoned and
shoved.....
I never thought I'd
see the olive branch lost
with a cry from
the dove....
I never guessed I'd
be so low again
desperately hanging onto
everything I'd ever
dreamed of.....
I never guessed I'd
be so lost again
feeling like the lost single
from a pair
of gloves....
I never guessed I'd
die a little each day
with the realization
that I would never more
by you be
loved.....

Just know all this pain that you are feeling now, will soon ease away.........there truly is a lighter side to life..........but you must fight dear friend, fight for all you're worth....fight each day, fight each moment, and even each second...........try, try, try, and never let it get you down.
You can't control him dear friend, but you certainly can you..........are you going to let this devastate you? How dare you do that to yourself!!!! You're simply too wonderful to do that to you!

I did'nt want to comment back on my poem 'cuz then you might not check it again...
I don't think you realize, or actually, maybe you do, how great of a compliment it is for someone to say that they have been touched by your poem,
For that, thankyou,
I just read your poem too, its actually quite good, I can relate to it for a lot of things in my life.
It's always a little too late before people realize what they've lost or even how much they've lost...
I have lost a lot of things as well,In a way... I've lost a mother, a father, a brother, several friends, a home, 6 different schools, ... basically my childhood, and now I'm about to loose a faithful boyfriend...to distance and fear
