in her eyes
has faded
the center
of her soul
is gone
the path for
her sanity
has shifted
the wall has
thrown down
its' pawn
someone's deception
has flown through
her night
someone's truth
has been swept
out to sea
strength only comes
to those through
hindsight
the sword will
help her
fight
then flee

Tender and heartbreaking write.
I relate to each painful word.
I also love the style, this is well written!
Very good poem. Though I am sorry for the heartache!
I guess Michelle needs to get her old dusty YPDC commenting bat out and start a rappin people on their heads for not reading and commenting on this!
I enjoyed it.
I hope that you are doing better now and are able to move beyond the hurts.
