Obey God in whatever you do Follow the Prophets sent to guide Abide by the Scriptures revealed through ages Spread this Message far and wide
Fight against corruption and whats unjust Strive to establish peace in the land While never despairing of the help of God For it is always near at hand
Confront hardships determined and firm When struck by a calamity, never mourn Give to the needy whatever you have; Be assured, youve given God a loan
Love and care for your kith and kin Fulfill their rights, look after their needs Never wrong anyone for a Day would come When youll be called to account for all your deeds

'The Message of Islam' is not only a strong poem, but a much-needed one. I need not explain; everyone has seen the injustice done to a real and beautiful and solid religion. The poet thus acts as a Messenger from God Himself. As it should be.
A triumph, not less.

Ammar,
Great write! Within these few words, and even fewer sentences, you have encapsulated the heart, spirit and soul of just about everyone we share this planet with. Oh, we use different phrases, concepts, motiffs and literary specificities, but we're all really hoping, dreaming, Loving, and worshipping the same thing: Truth, Wisdom, Beauty and Unconditional Love. Unfortunately, it's the "wing-dingers," the "off-the-wall" zealots that get all the press! We have them outnumbered. It's just gonna' take some time.
Deep appreciation...
Blessings,
