You pull me closer and hold me tight I close my eyes and dream I might Stay like this forever, with you near Everything so quiet, all I can hear Is your heart beating louder and I feel That this is different, strange, surreal
Your touch so gentle, your lips sweet upon mine Touching, kissing me, bodies move at the same time You breathe on my neck, your body shaking Sex incomparable to the love we're making
You pull me close and say you will miss me I laugh, say goodbye and then you kiss me And I've fallen for you, that I know But I'm not naive, I don't let it show In bed I'm sleepless wondering what this feeling means My phone beeps, a text from you, sweet dreams
I wake and feel no point to the day Because there are no plans to see your face I lay in bed and wait for a call But I don't hear from you at all I smooth on my make up and try to not think About you, I pour myself a drink
The music pumps, the party's so loud I drunkenly laugh and get twirled around By someone I've just met tonight Arms so different from yours holding me tight A look deep into my eyes, a feeling intense I shake my head, this doesn't make any sense
In bed I lay, head whirling, sleepless again A feeling in the pit of my stomach, dismay Thoughts, uncontrollable, stream into my mind Wild, passionate memories flash back from tonight Bodies writhing, the scream of his name From my mouth, enters my mind once again
And are interupted by the sound of my phone it seems, A text, I miss you baby, sweet dreams
