Hey
I'm writing this to you
not to tell you
not to burden you
but to ask you
how you feel
and if you've fallen apart
Are you happy with your world
Do you think about yourself
Do you miss real life
Can you sleep when you lay down at night
Do you wonder if you're alright
You're not alright
It's long and hard when you don't take care
Why aren't you aware
all the nights you cry
You've broken so many hearts
It's not alright
Do you remember when you weren't you
or are those days only a memory of mine
You never quite learned
how to survive
I'm writing to let you know
you're barely alive
Are your days cold, hungry
full of hate
You're so angry
Your scars run deep in your mind
You'll take it all to the grave
One day you'll want to forgive
Maybe one day
you'll admit
Your days were a loss
Hey I'm writing this to you
to ask you
if you're alright
if you're okay....
