With Logic Comes Reason

With logic comes reason But my mind set up its own treason Logic seems to hold up always for it all But when it comes to my happiness it's taking a fall
I should be happy, that would be reasonable But instead I spend my nights miserable Not knowing why, I spend this time Letting the misery linger in my mind
I wish I could cast it away But nothings that easy So for now I've been telling my friends to leave me I've got to find some way
To make it make sense Or my thoughts won't relent Their wrath on my sanity I have to find the logic in the unexplainable It always has to be reasonable.
Even in the most strangest of situations There has to be logic to explain it Or it will be my damnation

I read myself in this piece, so I think I know where you're coming from.
Trust me, love and logic come from two different worlds. Don't expect to find one in the other because it won't happen.
When it comes to human emotion, reason goes right out the window. You just have to get used to it and go with the flow.
Besides, it's pointless to worry about things that you can't change.
My advice to you - and it's the only thing that saved me - is to accept the fact and move on.
Some questions have no answers. |
