As I walk on this lonely road, with thoughts of you in my head,
I am warmed by your love in all its shades of red

In your crimson smile,I have seen the love I have yearned for,
I had known you for so long,yet I guess never saw you before

The carmine comfort of your company, told me you were the one
One moment in time with you was when my heart strings were undone

Then the claret haze of your eyes, cast a spell i couldn't resist
Yet I knew holding my hand you will lead me through any mist

In the titan silences, we often used to share
All the words unsaid,told a story of how you care

Now in your scarlet voice, I know lies my eternity,
Even when miles apart,we are as close as can be

You are any colour I like,you always walk that extra mile;
And with you by my side, life is a journey worth the while
