reaching out blinded sight, where are you tonight,
waiting here for tourbulants to clear,
hear my crys in the night,
days are just the same, with no one to blame,
blame comes as an excuse, not facing the truths,
truth what I have to offer, sets me free,
please dont lie to me, I just want you to be,
who you are, a gift to me.
No cover ups, on all our mess ups,
Its only human to be.
when you point a finger at me,
the rest come pointing back at you.
straight up is how I stand, far from perfect to any man,
loves have come and gone, but true love always stays,
tucked away safe in the heart, yet in the dark, waiting for a spark,
some day to let it shine and show the world its yours and mine,
time passes day by day so much yet to say, kept away for that day,
breaking down the walls that keep us apart, can we just find a start,
can you look deep in your heart, a little space is all I need,
then I can fill it and stop that bleed.

The Title of this poem really caught my mind's eye! With mention of Blood.......bright red thoughts flood...........
"A little space is all I need." How very neat this is.........fill it up, and stop the bleed.
Great poetry indeed!
