The Game of Lies

The red and blue lights flash
She tries to make a dash
They tackle her to the ground
Her world is spinning around
Blood still dripping down her arm
People rush out in alarm
They stare at the saddening scene
She wishes it was all a bad dream
She watches her family melt into tears
Sobbing is all she hears
An ambulance takes her away
They say she'll have to stay
Police stand watch at her door
They see it as a chore
Shes alone and scared
Her story must be shared
She will never be the same
All because of a stupid game
