copious sphere hanging upon nothing
as if something into that nothing-ness dissolved itself
residual. . . I
existing in seafoam. . . in spray. . .
path-finder always
in shifting sands as darkness falls
I regress into the setting reflection
exalted. . . into the arms of the beloved

*sigh* This one is like so many of your great poems. I can read; read it again; then read it several more times and every time I do that, at least from my perspective, get a different take on it. Yet, even with those variations, I kept being remind of this little short story I read about Jesus, called Footprints in the Sand.
As always, your excellence is quite impressive.
