It was carried in world war one
at Vimy it was there
the battle of the Bulge
it was there too
are troops whore it
from Normandy to Berlin
in world war two
it fly's at are war cemetery's
replaced by the maple leaf
it fly's in the hearts of
those who fought wearing it
and even though it is
replaced let us never
forget the Canadians who
died and fought wearing
the Red Ensign let it
always fly in are hearts
and never will it be
forgotten
