Why did you do this?

All I wanted was the truth

All it took was a simple no
We couldve had something
We couldve been something

I told you how I felt
You never said to back off
You never said you didnt love me

You tried explaining why you couldnt be with me
Its complicated
No its not, its simple.

Theres something in the way
Yeah, There is.
Her.

I really love you, its just-
Its just you love her more
I get it

So tell me
Why did you lead me on?
Why didnt you just save my tears?

Just saved the pointless explaining?
Saved the countless oh, Im fine.
Saved the days -the weeks- of my crying

You dont realize how badly it hurts
To have your heart torn again
Just after it started to heal

You just dont get it

Why did you do this?
