Crawling through life without a care Enjoying life void of dares A smile upon your bright young face Everything delicious of which you taste Crawling around on hands unsoiled Loving the life in which you are spoiled Tender hands of your parents so fair Knowing nothing this bond can tear Childhood is such a tender treat Feeling love as you lay your head to sleep.

Hmm... to only go back to when rainbows still had gold at the end and Santa Clause brought presents and the Tooth Fairy left money... somedays I'd love to be a kid again... but then again, isn't there a little kid in all of us? Great write! I loved it... this was another poem I needed tonight.
