Inside these walls of short goodbyes
are untrue words, unfiltered lies
The smallest words can break us down
Every painful breath and sound
Hurt inside, you hide it all,
and slowly, now, begin to fall
Below their knees, you bow your head
apologize for all you've said
Inside these walls, i know you'll find
an unreal world, a different kind
That place inside where troubles drift
past time stories, lost in mist
Falling far in shining light
rendered speechless....silent night
