I couldn't go a day
Without feeling your embrace,
Or kissing your lips &savoring the taste.
Just to have you near
Makes me want to conquer any fear,
Or lead you on a private journey
Where no one can interfere.
I'm not the same man,
No longer am I ashamed
You brought out the best in me,
You inspired me to change.
Even when the odds are against me
I can go on unafraid
Cuz you're my Lady Luck
And I'm winning every game.
Without this love,
Every fantasy would be incomplete
Cuz you're the remedy that heals every injury
And makes my body feel replete.
The hurt would be evident
If I were deprived of your presence
I'd be like lungs with no air,
A flame with no flare,
An ocean with no breeze,
A life without meaning.
What I'm trying to say is easy to see..
Baby without you, there is no me.
