The feather makes
no sound in the wind,
As its heavenly silent
journey begins,
Plucked from a time
long back when,
No longer nestled to
its wing bearing friend,
As it lifts off
and takes flight,
It is a purely
wonderful sight,
To watch its dance
with the wind again
Knowing it is the
Free again,
I watch as It soars
to new height
Laughing at all the
high voltage lines,
It seems to float
out of sight
I wonder if
It knows today
will be its
final flight,
I really dont think
it really cares
As it raises up
and dancing ,
Lost in the air

This left me with such a peaceful feeling.. one of complete abandonment and freedom.
