do you really want to be together?

Topic: oops

before there was an us, there was a me
and before you caught my eye, i could see
but now i cant seem to find the glee
and all i have witnessed is deciet

you saw me as just an accessory
all the while, i showed you the best of me
the days alone became weeks
so how am i suppose to believe

believe that you even want to try
leaving me in the dark night after night
until you want me by your side
then you see me in delight

but those times are farther and farther apart
if i known this, i wouldnt have ever start
i was living life sharp as a dart
but hitting the bullseye is always hard

now im stuck wishing i was like i was
able to be happy without this crutch
dont worry, you're still the one i love
but you have to put first number one

so if you want to reach me, you know how
but i'll be back to being way too proud
its a deadly sin but i cant live without
you hated that back then, how do you like it now

go ahead and complain that it isnt fair
hate me, loathe me, pigeon hole me there
cal me whatever you dare
i really dont care

It your call, make it right
cause i cant stand another cold night
do you really want me by your side
or can i embrass that which causes fright?

i know this isnt easy, not one bit
but anything worth having requires risk
and you need to give in a relationship
or else, this is it
