Shame, which never should have been my own. It stung and wounded me. Loathsome, spiteful and obscene. A mistake of the anatomy.
Pain, which cut beneath the skin at thoughts of a flaw to never leave. It formed the tidal wave within; created refusal to believe.
Envy, of those free of this which seemed to hinder all to come. Thought of those who lived in bliss made me feel inane and numb.
Fear, which made both my eyes shine. Could anybody comprehend this feature in my design? My only choice was to pretend.
Frustration, seeing others touch so freely, and knowing that, me; I could not be tactile as much. For revulsion was a guarantee.
Isolation, restriction and such sadness also plagued my mind. Until a solution crossed my hands And let me leave such grief behind.
Gratitude, and happiness have replaced those emotions so bleak. No more bitter, fierce distress can ever render me so weak.

A cut above most rhyming poems. I especially liked this stanza:
'Fear, which made both my eyes shine.
Could anybody comprehend
this feature in my design?
My only choice was to pretend.'
it was very nice how you used enjambement in the middle of that stanza, it gave it a great structure.
