Am I Alive or Dead
Oh My God, what is all this Ive just Seen
Was it real or just some kind of Dream
Am I now awake and in Disbelief
From this nightmare I can find no Relief
Did the fairy cover my eyes with pixie Dust
Is in a tale where I put my Trust
As I wash my face and the scales pull Back
I see Ive gone a ways along this Track
Not sure where I stand or where Im Going
Howd I get this far without Knowing
Nothing looks familiar, not a landmark One
How long it feels since Ive seen the Sun
Dazed, Confused, Lost and Tired
Starved and Hungry from something lost Desired
Left or Right, Back that way or is it Forward
I wish I knew what Im headed Toward
Surely this isnt what I seem to Think
All is gone before I could even Blink
Wow it sure feels cold and lonely Here
As I wipe away the final Tear
Whats the time, is it night or Day
Hard to tell when youve feel so Betrayed
Sure didnt see that coming this time Around
Like a thief in the night that never made a Sound
Hey whats that light I see up Ahead
I cant believe it, Dad's waiting just like he said.
