That First Kiss

Contributed by ShadowsCloud on Saturday, 5th April 2003 @ 01:45:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I'll never forget
That first kiss
The way you touched me
When you looked so deeply
Into my eyes
Then leaned forward
And pressed your lips to mine
I remember
The way you reached for
My hand
Grasped it and held on
That moment will never
Be forgotten
As long as we both shall live
The way you trembled
Will forever remain in
My mind
I'll never let go
As long as you
Keep holding on to me

Oh how I envy your lovely moment so perfectly preserved

You Inspire me to try this theme but mine was rather less romantic.

Another very well written piece on this wonderful, but hard to put into words, subject!

Excellently done Candice, from what I remember of the now very distant past, your words describe these best of moments in life perfectly.

With love
Dean:-)

Dean,
I am glad you think that I can describe these moments so well. I think that I do so well on any of my poetry because I write about things that I am highly passionate about.
