Sometimes enough
can fill ones yearning...
but we still want more
as were always learning...
but enough doesnt fill
the whole days crave...
sometimes enough
reduces only the haze...
so there are things
that Ive sat into place...
and heres what they are...
and heres what I think...
enough is enough
when you just come home...
or just a simple kiss
maybe talking on the phone...
just dont expect
a bag full of goodies...
for if you have it all
then whats left to envy...
having a love
thats filled like ours...
is totally rewarding
because we stretch our arms...
how we give to others
and ask for nothing...
but look who watching
as Jesus is counting...
for all the times
we break up our fights...
we communicate gracefully
and make it right....
so what we give
is enough I say...
we have enough love...
to last all the way...
