Love And Confusion

My adrenalin
was flowing like cream
as I was looking at her smiling,
I was consumed by the emotional torture
as she looked me in the eye
and said
that love wasn't happening.
I wasn't expecting
to be so deeply infected
though I
knew I had fallen,
I just ler her know
I would leave her alone
but that
she would always be on my mind.
I had walked away
but here she comes
she's calling
melting me into her confusion,
she is a comptempuary creature
with
film star features
keeping off balance
as she stops and starts me up again.
