It hurts me to hurt you like this
I didnt mean to
But what do you want me to do?
Do you want me to tell you a bunch of lies?
Tell you that I care for you the way you do me?
That with you is where I want to be?
You've always said for me to be honest with you
And when I try you dont like it and you runaway
Even though I dont love you I still wish that you would stay.
I wish that we could be friends
But thats not good enough for you
I wish that I could hold you and say that I love you the same way too
But I cant coz I would be lying
I dont know what you want
Please tell me
Coz now Im living a life of misery
If what I have to do to make you happy is leave
Then I will turn around rite now and walk out the door
And all of our memories I will store.
Store away in the depths of my mind
But if I leave remember that I love you
I just not the way you want me to
You have taught me something
Youve taught me that someone can love me for me
That someone can see
See whets inside
That I dont have to hide from everyone
I will thank you for that everyday
And for you I will pray
I pray that you will find that someone special
Coz she is out there
Just keep looking; shes somewhere
You deserve the best.
And I will love you always
And please think of me on those sad days
I will always be here for you
You know where I am
Always keep me in your heart, please give me that
Coz you will always be in mine.
