What can I say to make you see?
There's so much more that you can't see,
Going on inside my head,
I sometimes wish that I was dead!
You don't know what it's like to be,
Damaged and broken, what it's like to be me.
I put on a smile and force out a grin,
But I get hurt by everything.
I can't explain the things I think,
Or why I feel that my life stinks.
It's hard for me to even function,
Being trapped at this junction.
All I really want to say,
Is that I struggle everyday.
So before you say, " You're just a nutter!"
Realise that's what made me a cutter!!
All I need is someone there,
To understand me and to care.
