Just out of Reach

Topic: LostLove

Hes that guy who is right there, but just out of reach. The one whom I adore from a distance, exchange an occasional glance with, but never actually make any move to get to know him. Because you know him through his actions and your friends, hes someone who does stupid stuff. Hes a stone wall, but really hes broken inside.
Everything you see him do just makes you hate him, except you dont care. He still creeps into your thoughts. You do everything you can to try to impress him, yet he never notices. And it feels like you're being rejected.
Even though its not a direct reject, its still a reject. He doesnt ever look your way, and if he happens to get a glimpse of you, he certainly wont be double-taking. The girl you least expect, hell swoop down on. Almost like a slap in your face.
Yet you think that hell change for you. Hell want to be with you and only you. That hell swoon over the little things like your smile, the curve of your nose, or the way you stare off into space. Hell like every little detail about you, and hell make you feel like the most important girl on earth.
Except thats never going to happen. And the really sick thing is, its okay because the guy youve built up in your head is all you need. So when he does happen to meet your gazing eyes, you see the guy who is analyzing every feature of your face which he finds so beautiful. Youll blush and smile. Your stomach will do flips, yet he will never know.
Because hes that guy right next to you, but just out of reach because the one youre reaching for doesnt exist.
