Hate

I know I'm not meant to hate
And I know that it's not what Jesus would do.
But I swear there's nothing I want more than to go up and scream at you.
You've made me so mad
So many times before,
And you never knew how close I came to killing you.
Now I sit and try not to scream
All these things I never said.
You screwed me over so many times
That I lost track,
But he didn't and that's what counts.
You will never understand that you don't matter
And that I could care less what you say.
I never think about you (you aren't that important),
And you should know that I could make your life hell,
But I'm rising above it.
Just so you know I'm done with your ******;
All of your drama was never worth this.
I hate who I am when I'm near you,
But I guess meeting you was something I had to do.
And I'll be forever grateful because through you I met them,
And they are really my best friends.
You're nothing to me and you never will be.
And I hope you realize that I'm not like you,
No matter what we might have thought.
I know what I want and how to find it,
And how to take people out of my life for real this time.
Honey I hope you know
You gave up all your rights when you let him go.
So get away while you can
Because I really don't want to get into this now.
You had better be glad you're not here tonight
Because I can't guarantee that it would end right.
I could go on for days about how much I hate you,
But moving on is something I can actually do.
So goodbye hun and I hope you see
That you don't want me as an enemy.
