The sweet recipe for life,
on cloud 9, above doubt,
the sharks watch him
sinking slowly into dept,
gambling and drugs
his freedom at stake
as money eats away respect,
an addict, a 70's clich
beautiful woman follow
waking together to a new day,
a vicious cycle binds him
only death lies in redemption,
the sweet recipe for life
locked in a safe with no combination
the kisses and hugs goodbye,
on the run again he goes,
the most wanted recieve no cry
soaring by goes Mr. Firefly.
