Behind Closed Eyes
Behind closed eyes, what do I see?
Visions of my death, daily haunting me
Played out like a 3-D movie in full view
It can not be stopped no matter what I do
Thousands of different movies all with the same end
What kind of message are they trying to send?
Everyone dies, we know there is no need to fret
But why am I being shown this? It is not my time yet!
This is not the reason for my lack of sleep
I have not a fear of passing there is no need to weep
Maybe I have been reading things all wrong
Perhaps it is time I sing my final song
Maybe these will be the last words I put out for view
My life has been made so rich by knowing each of you
For if this is to be the end of what used to be
God, let them know I loved them all as you have loved me.

You have also made my life far richer for knowing you, Bee... I have felt this love over the years..and yes...we all love you too... and NO..I know it's not your time to go.....
