Hope Will Prevail

Contributed by laststarontheleft on Monday, 18th January 2010 @ 08:02:12 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Alone he kneels
In prayer for peace...
His pressured life
Needs much release

With too much pride
He'd never tell....,
At thought of failure
Teardrops swell

With so much love
And care to give
To simply breathe....
His wish to live

One day he'll wake
To better things
But, for the now....
Life really stings

when under so much pressure and stress in life that one moment where you want to stop it all to.'Simply breathe,' pray that it will all go away and things will be better, simple and effective that moment of desperation captured in verse well written my friend x

I know someone like this. Interesting how people's lives often form a parallel.

Nicely done, my dear.

this person spends too much time kneeling and praying...life stings because he willingly accepts bugbites and lounges around in self pity...and he's asleep..wake him up motivate him!

Though life at times can seem to be sqeezing from all directions, each new day brings possibilities unlimited. When those days seem to be closing in around, there is most often someone waiting to help. Great write.
