I used to touch My hand with God He told me many things He'd comfort me when I was lost He'd make me my own king But what say you of Canada About a Haitian girl She'd come to me in dugout boats She tries to sell me pearls Of wisdoms' thoughts she knew so much But she is barely five Forget about your million bucks Let's keep that girl alive I cannot stand here one more day I see my G.G. cry I know my world is hurting bad Because the bombs still fly I saw my soldier son last night My hero of the day He lost both legs near Kanduhar He made those bad men pay You all know her, the little ones Canucks from all three coasts Our land so rich and bountiful Let's share my cryin' ghosts So stop the looney-tunes of war GIVE HAITI EVERYTHING Lets give our lives to Micheale-Jean For SHE is my new KING!
