On this fourth floor, my body has been rotting for almost a month now. I lie helpless on my hospital bed, but from the relentless pangs Ive taken its starting to feel more like my open casket. Im not sure if I can take this anymore.
My poor family is struggling to pay my life support. I understand they love me dearly, yet Id rather sacrifice than have them bear that burden.
My windows cold-blooded breath invites me. How could I ignore?

wow ... what a remedy indeed! This was a heart-tugging write, filled
with a perspective that few may even notice or think about. Wonderfully done.
