anguished

a place were nature is broken and birds dont sing i place were bells are broken no holy sonnet ring a strange and poignant crimson red a floral holy wreath an offering a stain of blood that bled the keepers of the grave the dead i sullen single tear pure of woe swirling fields of death no new seed to sow nothing new to grow the caw of a distant bitter crow silent calling of a distant brother and in both a foe marks the fields were nothing grows
