Highs and lows Our minds all go To the places deep inside.
Try as you might You can't make peace The mind refuses to bow.
And inside there The soul is bare Caring most for pleasure.
When you try To hide yourself It only goes deeper inside.
A scar is there Where once a tear Now it bleeds no more.
The truth you seek Is mild and meek Reality soon subsides.
What you know Needs to grow So [insert] this life of pain.
You've pushed too far You haven't pulled enough I hate to see your face.
