Your Soul Will Never Die

We kissed you for the last time, then you flew away, Where your little soul lies, we know you couldn't stay, It doesn't ease the pain we feel, but I know we'll be o.k, We'll shed our many tears, taking it day by day, For you slipped away while sleeping, we heard least not a sound, With everyday we had with you, there was happiness all around, Now all we have is memories, we'll hold them always near, Never again hold you close, this is why we shed a tear, We'll always remember your laughter, each day you chose to share, Our precious little boy, even now we'll always care, Even though we cannot touch and wipe your crying eyes, Our precious little boy, its your soul that never dies.
