My day dream believer Wants nothing more Than to live within sighs and smiles Among flowers and not the trials Of men and their ways, impure And immersed in the irrelevance Of such affairs as greed, lust and wrath. Such depravities are a curse, these sins, As she weeps for her friends and kin, Blinded by such distorted comportments. Deprived of innocence, she weeps and dreams And it seems she will close her eyes to the world For days at an end, waiting for it all to end. My day dream believer

Sadly the evil ways of the world will not end until the world itself ends. Closing her eyes to the world gets only partial reprieve. I for one believe it better to go forth with eyes wide open seeking people who feel the same and connect with them. forming a larger group as we go. it is harder for the world to override a larger group.
Great write though.
