SAD ETERNITY

Contributed by BONEZ on Thursday, 28th January 2010 @ 11:53:11 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Im almost out of time,
Feeling caught up in a bind,
I cant even move with all this ***** on my mind.
Where did I go wrong?
What could I have done?
I never for a second doubted that you were the one.
We were so happy,
Always without a care,
There never ever was a time that I wasnt there.
This is so unfair,
I can still smell your hair,
Ive got to do something cuz this pains too much to bear.
Weed doesnt help,
And neither does the booze,
I couldve sworn that I was winning; I never thought that I would lose.
Love must be for fools,
And Im the biggest one,
I wanted to spend my life with you and for us to have a son.
More than one,
I wanted two,
But now theres nothing I can do, were through.

So I must now go about my life,
Faking little smiles at people left and right,
And never again do I want to go through all this strife.
Never again will I want to make a girl my wife.
Because when you left you took all the love from my life.

Now Im just a shell,
A body living in the hell,
Of lost opportunities unable to accel.
And this is how it will be,
A sad eternity,
Just waiting for the fateful day where I will never breathe.

It never ceases to amaze me how love can
really screw us up, how ever strong
it makes us weak, it's like living in
a lost world, well written.

Take care
Fuzzy
