This pain--It breaks and then I can't speak.
No control, unaware but I know what you think.
This is no lie, no act--Can't you see
That just writing these words will surely kill me?
I cannot express, there's no way to describe
The hurt with this knowledge, so, so unkind.
Please forgive me, for I silently pray
For God to take me every day.
I've given you my angels; what more do you need?
There is no way for that to ever be me.
You cannot deny my desire to fly--
To let go, move on, free you from my life.
Please forgive me, should I leave today;
All I wanted was to protect you from pain.

| there is more to this then what is written here...but this is a very strong peice. i really enjoyed reading it. just remember, if you pray for god to take you away you won't be here to protect anybody from anything, and that isn't good. |
