A broken heart
Years forgot
In plain sight
Yet never caught

Cut and swollen
Left to rot
Surrounded with love
Yet I stay forgot

Rope tied around my neck
Suspended from a 12 foot crane
Choking, pleading for death
Yet I bask in the pain

However, I pray to die
To end the mental fight
Indecent and undeserving
Yet I hope to find the light

Needing to leave
Crying the cry
Deserving death
Yet I never die
