Watching you just laying there
How this life seems so unfair
But somehow we must go on
When I leave you I cry the tears
Of your memories through the years
And I wonder how it all went wrong
Looking at the rain falling
Can you hear the angels calling?
It's now your time to say 'Goodbye'
We will always feel your love
Now you're looking from above
But I still ask 'Why?'
All I want is to hear you speak
All I need is your smile to keep
Even though we're apart
You remain in our hearts
You have a family
Who will miss your touch
God rest your soul
We love you so much

Every disease is cruel, cancer seems to be one of the cruellest.
We have to watch family members fade like withering flowers before our eyes, yet we are powerless to stop it.
One day the world will be rid of this terrible disease.
