Let me start off by saying that if I say too much,
Just read in between the lines, my criticism's a plus.
Life, Love, Liberty
My own Age of Chivalry
My own book of History
Can be your lifelong stage of misery
If you keep this show up
That everyone seems to be watching now,
Until you fall flat and let the whole crowd down
Because you climaxed to a fake ending.
All talk, all acting,
All credit, no spending.
And when you look to the crowd for that standing ovation,
You'll see just the held-up sign reading "Success Pending".
