LaLaLa, The Tune of Blah

LaLaLa, The Tune of Blah

Some days are just Blah,
You want to put your hands to your ears,
And scream Lalala.

I go through the motions,
To get through,
This vast, empty ocean.

Lying awake in the night,
I try not to cry,
Itll start an internal fight.

Dashed are my dreams,
They are nevermore,
I fall apart at the seams.

I look back at the distant past,
I see true happiness,
Too bad it didnt last.

I look at a recent past and present,
Filled with sad, lonely thoughts,
By no means has life been pleasant.

Each day it gets worse,
The spilling of my blood,
I forever have a thirst,

I need an antidote,
Ive tried many things,
But they only act as a cloak.

Ive come to see my fate,
A Catholic sin worthy of Hell,
My own life I shall take.

With great expertise,
I hold a razor close to my skin,
Soon, so very soon, I will find relief.

Some lives are just Blah,
Their souls rise from their bodies,
All awhile taunting Lalala.

For the souls taunt me,
With their merciless chant,
Soon the end will be.

So I will practice this lifeless chant,
I name it Blah,
To regret I shant.

And so I sing the tune of Blah,
La La La.
