I love you,
Theres nothing I can do,

I promise its true.
I know youre a total douche,
But knowledge is of no use,
This is of a matter I cant choose,
Even though I know I will lose.
Here just for you,
To give you a clue,
Ill write for you,
A beautiful haiku.
Ill mail it to you in a letter,
Maybe it will give me some closure,
Youre madly in love with her,
This feeling I have makes me want to burn.
I was the one to walk away,
You never asked me to stay,
On the cold ground I lay,
Ive lost count of the days.
From you my love,
I have risen above,
Ive found a new love,
In the Heavens above.
My heart is mending,
My life is no longer ending,
I am no longer depending,
On love you werent sending.
