When Words Fail

Topic: Grief

Dear Friend,
Our hearts blend with yours in your pain.
You have suffered the loss of someone you dearly loved.
Words fail at a time like this; there just arent any.

Instead, there are plenty of if onlys and whysjust ask us.
We could fill a page, hand it to you and youd fill another.
Those of us who grieve have understanding heartsand we
feel your pain.

All we can say at these awful moments is we are so sorry, hug you tightly
and then point you to the risen Christ.
For it is in Him, that we put our faith and trust.
He alone knows your pain.
He alone will hold you tightly in His embrace.
He alone will make it right when He comes again.

Your sun will never set or your moon go down. I, the LORD, will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will come to an end.
