If you leave your tea out for too long it will turn cold
If you leave your ice cream out for too it long will melt
If you over use your land it will turn to dust
If you keep holding back your tears,
To forget your fears, eventually they will dry away
If you push me too far eventually I will fall
If you keep telling me, one day ill believe you
If you keep up with the pain, you will learn to live with it
If you keep lying you will become a lair
If you keep apologising, one day I will forgive you
Dawn will turn to dusk
Everything that goes up must come down
When the sun fades away the moon will appear
Everything fades from one to another....
So, if I keep loving you will that fade too?

Wow. That last line hurts, don't you think? Why shouldn't it fade? To do so otherwise would make it unlike all else you have presented.
But is it like the moon and ice cream? All things do change.
Will it fade too then... I am not sure. I would think love must fade, but I don't want it to. Then again, that ice cream melted no matter how much I used to cry.
I get the idea that from the standing of this poem, it's quite funny, childish, and still sad to think that it would not fade. But is love like these things? I don't know, or am afraid to.
