When the countries of trees
Burnt by the heat of the Sun
Shed their leaves of hopes,
Tearing the silence they beg for a rain
Watch the trees on the highway
Listen to the cries for the mercy of God
Why these nations are now engaged
In a nude dance having shed
Their clothes of the civilization
In which desert the stream
Of humanity has lost its way?

Why these countries of gold
Launch their countless satellites
On the high way of the Moon?
Is it for attaining the scientific growth
Or to safe guard their nuclear bombs
Heaped up under the ashes of scriptures,
Which they piled up even by writing
The name of God on each of their weapons
Is it with a lust to conquer every thing
On the earth by controlling the space
For which even they make satellites killers
In which desert the stream
Of humanity has lost its way?

Why do these people compete
To show their naked flesh before all nations
To rise the passions in the blaring orchestra
Of ravenous desires, while many questions
Parade the high roads of life
In which desert the stream
Of humanity has lost its way?

BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! Rose at your feet dear VenKat.........this poem is so revealing, and so True!!! Humans are lost, but NOT you!
They are planning for more wars, this time in outer space. Man loves wars, and can't be satisfied to stay in his own Space.
