Dream My Baby

The sun has set and the day is oer
The moon now shines in the sky once more
So close your eyes and dream my little one
For our life together has now begun

Let your dreams carry you to places that please
Where rivers flow quietly and birds sing softly in the trees
Dream of stars shining distant in the night
As the wind whispers silently for your delight

Dream of oceans with waves rushing toward the beach
As the waters voice calls from the depths beneath
Dream of the sand warm upon your toes
Where the smell of the salt water tickles your nose

Dream my baby for dawn will soon appear
Hold on to your memories that you cherish so dear
As I hold you in my arms and watch you rest
Ill think of each moment with you as blessed.
