What happens to dreams

damaged hopes
cracked expectations
though build on the sand
were massive
magical

they were falling apart
piece by piece
until
they collapsed all together

and yet the parts are crawling
towards each other
trying to rebuild
they dont make any sense
random connections
born through coincidences
unmatching they make
the world cry

dry drops are falling
turning sand to mud
and now all is a flood
all is sea
an ocean of killed
suffocated dreams
