|
would you place your hand into a flame and trust it will not burn
stand in the path of a speeding train and hope that it will turn
drive your car without your sight and pray your line is true
in the dark turn out the light rely on faith to see you through
no is the answer you will give and preach me for a fool
in this world where we all live logic is the rule
yet everyday we give our heart blindly without fear
knowing if its torn apart your life could disappear
we base this logic on a word dont break the sacred trust
or your heart will not be heard and your words will turn to dust
