Welcome....
To the factory of misery The chapel of blasphemy
And the end of the world.
The seed..?
I'll sow it
But you'll kill it
I know it
So come with me
A refugee
Un-molded clay To be molded by me
A uniform sculpture In a chaotic sea
and did I mention the sea is blood?

Nice! No not nice. Sinister. The reader is helpless to the horrible fate assigned him by this all-powerful author. I don't like that last line though - seems very out of place (plus, I keep imagining a stupid scene at the end of a Metalocalypse episode!!). I'm not sure there's much more to be added really- the "welcomer" seems almost cocky, as though he need not say any more. I like how it is here - short, abstract, punchy. |
